On-going Dream Group

In a safe, supportive group, we will explore our dreams and their hidden messages.  Bottom from LexamArts

First, we will survey types of dreams and tools for understanding them.  Then we will explore personal and archetypal meanings, using interactive methods of dreamwork such as dream re-entry, dream journeys, sensory awakening, Gestalt dream landscapes, and creative art expression.

We will also learn how to shift the ending or energy of a dream, which can empower change in our lives.

Small Group: Limited to 8 dreamers, so register now: 303-415-3755 or EStone@EdieStone.com

Edie Stone, MA, LPC, Counselor and Dreamweaver.

I am a psychotherapist and soul-centered counselor, and I have had a private practice in Boulder for 12 years.  I am also a Certified Shamanic Journey Guide.  I have been studying dreams, myth, and the imaginal realm for many years.

Some of the techniques we will use in this dream class came from a training, Psychology in the Truest Sense of the Word: Dreamwork and Curanderismo, taught by renowned author and Jungian therapist, Clarissa Pinkola Estes.

I don't interpret or analyze your dreams for you, because the meaning of each dream is unique to the dreamer and his or her situation, history, and culture. Stock "dream interpretations" from books or websites are rarely accurate. Rather, I help you deepen your contact with the dream images, expand your experience and expression of the contents of the dream, and find the meaning that resonates with you. After having explored the meaning of a dream through this type of personal dreamwork, then you may want to look at other dream interpretations from classmates or books, to see if there is anything you have overlooked, or that enriches your experience.
