Let’s get in touch.
I look forward to hearing from you!

1. Phone
I offer a free consultation, which can either be by phone or in person. The quickest way to reach me is to call my confidential voice mail, 303-415-3755. That number is available 24/7.
Please leave your name, phone number, and a brief message. Please repeat your phone number twice in case your cell phone is not transmitting well.
I will reply within a day, often much sooner. Please note that my voice mail does not receive text messages.
2. Email
Please fill out the webmail form below, and I will reply as soon as I am able. I am only on-line at night, so if you need a more timely response, please call 303-415-3755 instead.
3. Social Media
I occasionally post on Google+, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You are welcome to visit my pages on those sites. However, because I value your privacy and confidentiality, I do not use social media messaging with clients.
To leave me a completely private message, please phone my confidential voice mail number, 303-415-3755. Or use the webmail form below for more information or to request an initial consultation.
4. Emergencies
If you are experiencing a psychological or medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
In Boulder and Broomfield Counties, you can call the excellent emergency team at Mental Health Partners, 303-447-1665. That is a 24 hour number. Their locations are listed at http://www.mhpcolorado.org
Disclaimer: Because I am a solo practitioner and I want to assure your safety, I currently do not accept clients who are actively suicidal or in psychiatric crisis. Please reach out to the emergency services in your location. When you are stable and ready for psychotherapy, then please call me for a free consultation.
