The Shift Network has also organized The Peace Ambassador Training 2.0 — a powerful 12-week journey into the heart of embodying and acting for peace. The training includes inner practices, communication and relationship skills, as well as trainings with national and international leaders.

The course starts Jan. 13th at 6 pm Mountain Time, but Shift will hold registration open for a week or two after that. Don’t worry if you can’t listen at that time, all sessions are recorded, plus you get a pdf transcription and access to a private Facebook page. Folks will be participating from all time zones around the world. The webinar is free. Tuition for the 12-week course is under $500.
ALSO, MY NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION is to let any tribal environmental, social justice, or peace activists know that some partial and full scholarships are available. Qualifications include being either:
• a peacebuilder in a developing country,
• a peacebuilder for an indigenous, aboriginal or native culture, or
• a young peacebuilder, 24 years of age or younger.
They need to use the same link, https://shiftnetwork.infusionsoft.com/go/mp/ediestone/ – They will be sent an email with a link to the recording and the course page. Then they can go to the bottom of the course description to find the scholarship application, which says:
“For peacebuilders in developing nations and young peacebuilders ages 24 and under, please click here for the application form which must be filled out to be considered for a full scholarship.”
