Shamanic journeys, night dreams, lucid dreams, and creative dreamwork are all hues in a multifaceted spectrum of consciousness.
Every night we receive messages filtered through our subconscious minds – some profound, some trivial – some scary, some transcendent.
We can explore our dreams in creative ways through shamanic journeys, dream re-entry, inner or outer dialogues, play-acting, art, Gestalt embodiment, and EMDR or bilateral rhythms.
Learn about dreamwork, including how to reduce nightmares and create positive endings to dreams.
Shamanic dreaming can create change in your outer world!

I have been studying spirituality, dreams, and inner work most of my adult life. I studied Jungian and Gestalt approaches to dreamwork in depth at Naropa. I also partipated in a wonderful workshop, Jungian Dreamwork and Curanderismo, with Clarissa Pinkola Estes.
